Our return policies are -
1. You may return:
* Merchandise that is not worn, unwashed, unaltered, and has the original store labels and tags or either one is missing.
* Merchandise must be received within15 calendar days of original purchase date.
2. You may NOT return:
* Clearance and sale items, these are all FINAL SALE.
* Anything merchandise on sale or discount of 40% off or more.
* Merchandise that is worn, washed, altered, and does not have the original store labels and tags or either one is missing.
* Merchandise beyond 15 calendar days of original purchase date.
3. Online credit:
* Merchandise may be returned for online credit within 15 calendar days of the DATE of purchase. Policies in (1) and (2) apply.
* Gift card code will be emailed to the email address provided.
If your return does not meet the our return policies mentioned here or is mailed back to us past the 15th calendar day limit it will be rejected by our returns department and will be held back at the store. We can mail back the item(s) to you with a future order or immediately for a $7 shipping fee that needs to be charged on your credit card prior to shipping. We will not be able to hold your items more than 30 days and will not be responsible for any loss of items.
To make your return -
1. For all type of returns (in store or online) please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
2. For online returns only, please write to us and we shall send you a return form to complete. Please place the form in the box with the items you are returning.
3. Once your package is received, please allow up to 4-5 business days for return processing. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
If something's not right,
* If you think incorrect merchandise has been shipped to you or have received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of items receipt.
